O LEVEL RESULTS

Man my results are lousy.
Not that bad actually but still not that good.
Oh well..
With 17 points, which jc to go sia?
PJC, SRJC? IJC? YJC?..
That's the only JCs that i can go in without the need of appealing.

Oh but i got HML bonus point of minus 2.
So final L1R5 for me is 15 and that's still not good enough for other JCs such as, AJC, NYJC, CJC, TPJC, JJC.
Those are 10-14 point JCs.
HAIZ...

Its like dame wasted ah..
I got improve alot liao leh.
3As, 3Bs.. Then there's this big fat C pulled me down....
I got 1A1, 2A2, 3B3,1C6..
Sianz ah..
Or else i could get any lower raw score such as 13,14,15?
Cos my L1R4,L1R2B2,L1R1B3 all 11 only lei.
Like with L1R4 of 11, i can go to most poly courses.
But the main thing is that i dont know anything about poly, i dont have the interest in poly and i never planned to go there.
So yeah..

Another thing is that im quite satisfied with my results though, but other students and friends getting much much better grade than me makes me feel so lousy.
Most of the TKsians score less than 15 so yeah me, 'ammar, liyana, shafie are the only ones i know getting 17-20.
HMPH.
Sadz ah..
HAHA.

SeRangoon Junior College it seems to be.
It's the nearest to my house too.
So here's the quick sum up of my subject grades.:

MALAY A2
ENGLISH LANGUAGE B3 (improve from failing/border-line pass maybe cos of moderation?)
COMBINED HUMANITIES C6 (expected as never studied this subject properly)
GEOGRAPHY A2 (expected too as i have interest in it)
MATHEMATICS B3 (improve from failing/border-line pass but i think its moderated down?)
ADDITIONAL MATHEMATICS AB (didn't turn up for the paper even though didn't drop)
SCIENCE(PHY/CHEM) A1 (unexpected to score this high, maybe there's moderation too?)
HIGHER MALAY B3

Thursday

Thursday's the deciding day to where my directions are from then on.
JC, MI, POLY?
Hmm.

Sunday, 20 January 2008

MI not?

irwin, NASri, cappi, yong, merlvin, HengGuang, BOBin, aFIAN & fariz made my M.I. DAYze=)
Not forgetting other Flintstones-5, ex-TKsians and fariz's friends.
Should i stay or not in M.I. at least for the rest of the PAE period?
Hmm..
Ive been really thinking of withdrawing from M.I. for a moment..
To cool myself down and relax and take some time at home just to be prepared and keep myself calm and composed while waiting for O Level Results which is going to be released reall soon.
Next week either on 21st, 25th or 28th as many people speculate it.
Really had fun during my stay in M.I.
But the class is really boring and nothing much learned although had fun in malay classes and when my cousin is around.
But other than that not much friedn i have though really met and got to know more new friends.
So yeah might as well we leave now and if wanna meet up with the M.I. people, we can organize an outing or something right?
HAHA.
I prefer like come school but don't really need to attend classes and slack around the school or have fun with friends.
Like free period like that lar..
HAHA.
Cos there's not much time left for bonding and interaction among friends, classmates and relatives..
HAHA.
So i think i should make full use of the time remaining before results.

MALAY & GP SO CONTRASTING AH!!!

OK life in MI is definitely getting more fun each day though it can be more boring too.
But Malay lesson is sucha yay-ness!
Cos firstly i got to sit next beside AFIAN.
My friend whom i know through fariz and his a retainee too.:D
Secondly the teacher's not bad, quite fun, love to talk alot as in tell stories and share experience and stuffs.
Thirdly we gotta do some class activity which is like to play a game to know each other better.
Fourthly the people there are quite nice and friendly although as usual, there were far more girls then guys.
Our class consists of only 3 Malay freshmen and 2 retainees, then the other 21 are girls from all over Singapore.
Total population, 25. At least smaller then my own class. :D
So yeah here are some names i already know in the Malay class.
Afian retainee, ridwan B5 retainee, hanif, rossyuqqerril, nazira bedok town, huda bedok green, sarah temasek, sarah B5 cedar girls, jannah, nurul B5 retainee, melissa retainee, fatin, azureen chua chu kang, christine, farhana retainee, aishah, azyan B5, elyana B5, liyana B5, khalidah B5, khalilah B5, mariah, and 3 other girls i think.

However GP was such a put-off?.
Yeah something like that.
The teacher dame attitude ah wanna act like some big shot.
Then we were made into 4 groups of 8 people and to present this topic "science & religion will always conflict?"
We tried our best already ah but like none of us gets what he wants from us and nobody tackled the topic accurately.
So he was like wanna act bored towards us.
He say we all don't know anything or what shit.
&& he expects us to know like EVERYTHING?
Its so impossible ah.
From now on must really read the straits time, Newsweek, times magazine and other current affairs related issues.
Dame hard ah if we were not told or taught what to do and suddenly he expect a 'FUN" answer from us.
He says if we want GP to be fun, his not going to help it unless we help ourselves.
But like how exactly?
Alamak step fierce only.
His not even a qualified teacher ah i think.
So yeah no offence to anyone but this is such an irritating period.
Now our next assignment is to sum up ideas on this question and the same groups have to present it next Tuesday. "If people become ill, it's largely their own fault. How far do you agree?"
Thanks ah. Kudos ah for making some of us suffer. As in we were like speechless when he ask us university like question?
Oh well nvm.
Shall strive to our best even if anything else happens.
Woah so positive ah! :D

F5,B5,S5

Statred off the day with good.
Woke up at 6.10.
Then go bathe and prepare for school till 6.40 then i went out of the house.
Took 89 to 161 bustop at punggol road there and by the time i boarded 161 it was 7am.
Supposed to meet syafeecar, syaq, irwin and some other F5s by 8 am at bt batok macs there.
So yeah the 161 bus was quite empty not like usual earlier buses.
Reached woodlands mrt at 7.20 and took the mrt to bt batok till 7.50.
Irwin, syafeecar, althea and ermah(eecar's friend), reached there already by then.
So waited for syaq and her friend jaz and also irwin church friends and sarali and nasri too.
So i had hotcakes and a hashbrown for breakfast today and syafeecar was being nice as she treated me using her 6 bucks.
Aww thank you manz.
Nas came quite later at around 8.15 and by the time we finished eating and went off macs was 8.40.
In the end sarali didn't manage to go school with us as she was driven staright to school.
The bus stop outside bt batok int was such a bitch.
With so many Millennian, not much buses that go there came and if so, it was fully packed.
So we waited quite long till we got to board 66 and reached school just on time for the morning assembly at 9am.
Lucky we weren't late as we don't want to kena detention.

OK so went up the hall and we got to know our subject combination and class today.
So yeah im in 08B5.
Its basically econs, geog, biz mgt.
As expected not many malay people taking that course.
However, i didn't expect such a big class for the infamous subject combination.
My class was like the biggest among the rest i think.
There's like around 41 students including 6 retainees of course.
But yet again i didn't expect thatt much girls too.
Guys only around 10 people & im the only malay guy there.
However there were quite a number of malay girls in the class too.
But it seems like we didn't have the time and chance to know each other better and more all by today.
So yeah just got to know some or rather little of them.
Mainly the guys ah.
Like merlvin frm outram, wei kai from springfield, nigel from fairfield methodist, bobin aka bob retainee, benjamin from ang mo kio, some geylang methodist guy, some acs barker guy, some yishun town guy and some other retainees.
Oh for the girls i think i only know thier names and i try to recall whose name i remember.
I remember there's sarah from cedar girls, then got diyana from bt panjang, mariah, khalilah, khalidah from woddlands ring, then got quite a number of malay girls like around 8 & their names are somehow quite close and similar.
There's 3 changkat changi girls, mus from FLLINTSTONES also, then 2 chij st theressa?, nurul retainee, natali retainee, 2 girls from presbytarian?, althea from my old school tanjong katong & ex classmates too and some others lar yet to be known.
So yeah first day of lessons quite fun although quite dry.
Cos its like dame slack ah.
Sit behind at the class and listen to teacher talk.
Don't need do anything much and was easily distracted by talking or dozing off & daydreaming.
Its fun but still quite boring but yet again its cool ah those subjects i take.
So easy to score especially geog, i guess.
As in it's just a matter of hardwork and general knowledge and read up alot and stuffs.
Not much of a memorising or calculating or solving problem sums type.
So yeah my new classmates actually not bad ah and quite nice friendly and BOB's funny; but its just that i don't have any malay guy friends there.
HAHA.
Btw that wei kai from springfield dame cute ah try to talk to me in malay cos he say he half malay and half chinese lar, coz his sch was dame pai kia with all those mat lingo..
HAHA.
So yeah thats about it ah first day of formal lessons, with alot of breaks in between.
Like 40 min break almost after every subject/period.
Looking forward to the rest of my days spending time in M.I.
Cos it's kinda real short as everyday go home so early.
12.45/1.25/2.05 finish school already.
Not much time for class interaction and bonding and stuffs especially when you have a big class like mine.
Oh and irwin and sarali was like in S5 which is chem,bio,econs/maths.
Then Nasri and diaz from fuchun, a flints too, was in B3 which is geog, mgt biz, poa.
Cappi was like from chem/econs/maths. I think.
Then syafeccar was in econs/maths/chem and syaq was like in phys/econs/maths.
Afian and alex tee was in the same class of econs/geog/lit.
That goes same with fariz, syazana, lionel n steven in the same course but diff class from afian and alex.
That's about it life in M.I. so far. =)

F5 ONLY

Start ofF the new year 08 with good and leave the year 07 with good too.
But i guess im back to EMO.
Blah3.
MI rocks.
But for PAE ORIENTATION '08, it was only OK lah..
I don't like somethings there but stiil i love my cousin's company as well as his yr2 friends.
They treat me like so fun.
Other than that, i don't quite like some PAE students, as in we were not given the chance to know most of them.
I really still don't know almost everyone there athough we went through 3 days of orientation.
My friends were only from FLINTSTONES 5 which we got to know and bond with all of them first.
Then came a stupid term called clan.
The Flintstones clan really sucked.
Un-united and always leave the F5 behind.
There were the act cute, act big people there and they think they the only people in the group.
They never co-operated with us.
I dislike them.
I only like my OG FLINTSTONES 5 and my other buddies in F5 thinks that too.
Luckily our F5 OGL quite supporting of us and they stick with us too so yeah.
So yeah my new buddies in MI, basically from F5 are Irwin from St Pats, Cappi from St Gabs, Yong from St Andrews, Nasri from Woodgrove.
Others that i know are ummairah, farhana, sarali, hui min, susan, edmund, sebastian, kelvin, jeanie, cristele, claricia, adnan, sufri(Ogl), chi yui(ogl), michelle(Ogl), other Flintstones/F5-IANS; syafiqah salleh, syqafiqah zainal, alex tee, lionel, althea, TKsians; and Fariz with his friends such as Felza, Afian, Shiqeen, Shima, Huda and some other MI peeps.
Ok la maybe i got to know quiet a number of people, mainly from F5 also, not more.
SO yeah me as well as my buddies felt so left out and we just do our own stuffs.
What's the point of orientation if we don't get to know much people.
It defeats the purpose.
& Sadly we're(F5-IANS) gonna be separated when we get our new class as half of us go sci, the other half go commerce.
Im in commerce but i don't think i know anyone going to C104.
How sad oh and my OG/CLAN not much malay girls and guys.
So there's not much malay interaction.
BOOHOO.
BLEARGH. How i wish i was in the same batch as the year 2s.
They're so much better, nicer, friendlier, hotter, fun-er.
HAHA.
